“We had a great stay at Home2 Suites in Indianapolis! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was truly outstanding, everyone we interacted with was so friendly, kind, and helpful. It was also really easy to get in touch with staff if we needed anything, which made the experience that much smoother. Breakfast was well done and kept stocked, even with a lot of guests. This seems to be a popular spot for sports teams, likely because it's only about 20 minutes from Grand Park-but even with that, the hotel was well-managed and never felt chaotic. Our kids loved that they could walk to the mall, and I really appreciated the cleanliness and welcoming environment. We'd absolutely stay again and definitely recommend it to others visiting the area!”

“We had a company meeting at this hotel in February. The meeting room was set up perfectly and everything was working well. When we needed extra tables, the staff was quick to help us add them. The room was clean and the staff was attentive. We were able to cater in our own food, which was important to us. We also had five overnight suites the evening before our meeting. Every guest was satisfied by the comfort and cleanliness of the accommodations. It was great to have the full-size fridge and other kitchen amenities, in addition to the spacious suite. Thank you for the great customer service! I definitely would recommend this location for a business meeting. We will be back at this location again!”

“So our stay was over New Year's. The hotel is perfectly located for us in between local family members places. I HOPE the hotel is busy at other times (we want them to stay in business), because it seems like there were only three other families staying there. Staff let us have a pizza party with family in the dining seating area, rather than cramming everyone (8 people) into our room. We would have fit in the room suite, it's just Seating would have been a problem. Rooms were clean and modern. Microwave in one of our two rooms behaved weird after one use, and full size fridge gurgled a lot (but did stay cold). Real plates and silverware for breakfast! Walking distance to the fashion Mall.”

“Place is great. Clean and comfy rooms, breakfast was great. I noticed the dishwasher going when I arrived, and it never stopped rinsing with super hot water until I held the cancel button. Shower water never really got hot. Great private-ish gym. Would recommend. Super quiet”

“Location was very convenient to where we needed to be. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were nice and clean with all the kitchen amenities. Gym was nice. If you need to do laundry, bring quarters! The complimentary breakfast was hot and fresh. The only thing that was not quite 5star was that the shower did not heat up quite as warm as I would like it and the water pressure was low. Otherwise, would highly recommend.”
